No. Parsons is an independent jewelry brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other jewelry business, including any other business that may share a similar name. We source materials and design our own pieces, sold under the Parsons name.
Orders & Shipping
Delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days to Australia, the US, and the UK; 4 to 10 business days across Europe; 7 to 10 business days to Canada; and 7 to 14 business days to the rest of the world. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and orders over $200 ship free.
Yes, we ship worldwide. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email so you know your order is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We accept returns only for items damaged in transit, items with a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was sent. Contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and in most cases no return shipping is required. See our full Refund Policy for details.
