Refund Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

We accept returns only for items damaged in transit, items with a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was sent. Contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, to parsonssupport@gmail.com.

No return shipping is required in most cases.

We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selected, or an incorrect address provided at checkout.
